The use of renewable raw materials is an important component for us when it comes to the sustainability of our production chain. We prefer to use VEOCEL_™ fibers to support the production of biodegradable wipes.

Article 00012.99 is a coarse apertured spunlace nonwoven, made 100% of viscose. By means of high pressure, a homogeneous entangled textile fabric (nonwoven fabric) is created. This nonwoven can be embossed or perforated via different structured drums.

Particularly in cleaning applications, the open structure is a highly effective way of improving the performance of wipes while reducing their weight. The reason for this is the increased surface structure, which improves efficiency in both dry and wet cleaning. This is reflected, for example, in increased liquid absorption during wet cleaning.
